DESIGN CONSULTATION
A lot can be determined in a quick first meeting, whether it be a color consult, room layout ideas or general ideas on how to change a room. The first visit includes spending an hour with you walking around your home discussing any design questions or concerns you have, and then the fun begins as we create a plan of action.
Consultation fee: $125 for one hour.
PROJECT DESIGN
Projects can range from a simple room update to entire home design. Project design services can include a variety of options such as: furniture and decor curation, mood board development, window treatments and blinds, layout services and even e-design for projects that are not local.
Project Design fee: $85 per hour. Project fees can be negotiated.
BUILDER SELECTIONS
Building a new home or renovating can be an overwhelming project. I can help with selecting color, lighting, plumbing fixtures and much more to take some of the stress off of the decision making process.
Builder Selection fee: $85 hour
STAGING
Designing to sell a home is slightly different than designing for the home you live in. A staging consultation would include walking through your home to give you ideas on what you can do to make your home more marketable.
